5 max effort Handstand push-ups / handstand holds (10 – 15 mins.)


CONDITIONING
For max reps at each station:  

Tabata: Box jumps *
Tabata: Hang power cleans (43/30) **
Tabata: Pull-ups ***
Tabata: Hang power snatch (43/30) **
Tabata: Burpees
Tabata: Weighted alternating lunges (43/30) **

Set up all stations, but complete the full Tabata at each station before moving on.
1 minute rest between stations.

Scaling options:
* Step ups
** Lighter load
*** Pull-up progressions
