1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps for time of:

Dumbbell squats (22.5/15)*
Bar-facing burpees**

PLUS 

18.2a

1-rep-max clean

Time cap: 12 minutes to complete 18.2 AND 18.2a

Scaled options:
* 15kgs men / 10kgs women
** May step back (as opposed to 2 foot jump) as well as step over the bar.

Box Bulletin Board:

1) Skills Session with Chris - this is a weekly session at 12:30pm every Saturday (replaces the previous Thursday sessions). Bookings essential so please write your name on the chalk board at the box entrance along with the skill you want to work on so Chris can prepare for the session


2) OPEN Gym on Fridays 6-7pm and Saturdays 12:30-2:30pm.
