A lifetime of fitness is possible with just one workout a day - but it's got to be intense and varied.
Once a member asked why they weren't achieving results? I referred to their lack of attendance and lack of intensity in wods. No work = no results.
Those participating in the Games this year now have the FEELING of INTENSITY! A short workout can be an absolute killer and get us ripped up fitter!
1) 3 rounds:
- 50 Sit-ups
- 50 Dubs
- 10 Hang Power Cleans (60/40kgs)
2) 50 strict presses for time (1/2 1rm strict press). Do 5 burpees every time you put the bar down.
