Wasted Time

Hi all

Monday - we are open for one epic session at 7am.

One reason I CrossFit is because I am generally adverse to wasting time and money.



Today's workout


TIGERPHOENIX
5 rounds for time:

10 Deadlifts (Pick Load)
400m run
50m Walking Lunges
10 hanging knee raises
10 pull-ups
20 push ups

"Wasted time"

5 rounds for time:

10 Deadlifts (100/70kgs)
400m run
50m walking lunges (kettlebell weighted)
6 bar or ring muscle ups*

*12 chest to bars/12 ring dips
